Our platform allows clients to browse freelancer profiles, review their portfolios, and hire the most suitable candidates for their projects. while Webskill Design plays a crucial role in connecting freelancers and employers, we do not assume responsibility for the quality or delivery of services provided by individual freelancers. It is the sole responsibility of the freelancer to ensure the quality of their work and meet the expectations of the employer.

By fostering a transparent and professional environment, Webskill Design aims to create a marketplace where freelancers can showcase their skills and employers can find the right talent for their projects. However, the actual execution and delivery of services lie solely in the hands of the individual freelancers.

We are committed to resolving disputes in a fair and timely manner. We believe that the best way to resolve a dispute is through open communication and negotiation. However, we understand that this is not always possible, and we are prepared to take whatever steps are necessary to help our clients resolve their disputes.

Here are some tips for resolving disputes amicably:

  • Communicate openly and honestly. The first step to resolving a dispute is to communicate openly and honestly with the other party. This means listening to their point of view and trying to understand their concerns.
  • Be willing to compromise. No one likes to lose, but it is important to be willing to compromise to resolve. This does not mean giving in to the other party's demands, but it does mean being willing to find a middle ground.
