When you cancel an order with your Webskill Design account, the funds will be credited to your account’s balance. This means that the money you paid for the canceled order will not be lost, but rather stored in your account for future use. However, it is important to note that Webskill Design does not automatically process refunds to your payment provider, such as your credit card or PayPal, after an order has been canceled. This means you will need to take additional steps to request a refund and receive the funds back into your chosen payment source.

To request a refund for a canceled order, you can follow these simple steps:

  1. Click the “Request a refund” button in the Billing section or under the Billing and Payments page. This button is specifically designed to initiate the refund process and guide you through the necessary steps.
  2. After submitting your refund request, it may take some time for the funds to be refunded to your account’s balance. Typically, this process can take up to 10 days, depending on various factors such as the payment method used and the internal processing time of Webskill Design.

To locate the “Request a refund” button, you have a few options:

  • On the order cancellation confirmation page, you can simply click on the “Webskill Design Balance” option located at the top of the page. This will redirect you to the appropriate section where you can proceed with your refund request.
  • Alternatively, you can navigate to the Balances tab and access the Order Activity section. From there, you can select Billing and Payments and then click on Available Balances. This will provide you with the necessary information and options to request a refund.
  • Lastly, you can also find the refunded amount button conveniently located next to your Profile Pic. Simply click on this button, and it will guide you through the refund process.


Now, let’s talk about the timeline for receiving your refund. The time it takes to receive your refund from your Webskill Design Balance depends on the method you choose to receive the funds. If you opt for PayPal, refunds are typically completed within 24 hours of the request being processed by Customer Support. On the other hand, if you choose to receive the refund to your credit card, it usually takes around 7-10 days after Customer Support processes your request. However, please keep in mind that this timeline may vary depending on the processing time of your card issuer. In some cases, it may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to be reflected in your account.


It is important to note that Webskill Design can only refund the original payment source used to process the payment. This means that if you paid with a specific credit card or PayPal account, the refund will be credited back to that same card or account. Unfortunately, Webskill Design is unable to change the payment source for the refund, so it is crucial to ensure that the original payment method is still valid and accessible.


If you paid for your order using a currency other than the Philippine Peso, you don’t need to worry about any currency conversion issues. Your refund will be processed in the same currency and amount that was used in the initial payment. This ensures that you receive the exact amount you paid, regardless of any fluctuations in exchange rates.
